Office Administrator

The Front Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, and ensuring a professional and efficient work environment. This role involves communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with scheduling and meeting arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception & Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as necessary.
- Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- **Customer Service**:
- Address inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information.
- Assist in resolving issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Liaise between internal staff and external parties, maintaining positive relationships.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Ensure the office is organized, clean, and presentable.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and functions.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain records of visitors, clients, and internal meetings.
- Manage filing systems and documentation as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to provide administrative support.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including setting up their workspace.
- Support in coordinating employee activities and office initiatives.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in front office administration or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tasks efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,558.19 per month
