Position Overview: This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of interior fitout projects. This role involves coordinating various teams, resources, and processes to ensure the successful execution of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Operations Head will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:

- Plan, execute, and monitor interior fitout projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets, and ensure adherence to these parameters.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage project teams, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Implement project management best practices to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

2. Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, designers, site supervisors, and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and develop team members, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships throughout projects.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, addressing any changes or deviations from the original plan.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure that all interior fitout projects meet industry standards and regulations.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and finishes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify any issues that may affect project quality or timeline.

5. Budget and Cost Management:
