- This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving project goals efficiently.

**Duties**
- Oversee daily operations and ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members on design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Manage project budgets and contracts to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Foster relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and sales strategies.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design software including 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Bluebeam, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of lighting sales, construction processes, renovation techniques, and project management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
