**Your job**
- Meet new clients, discuss and understand their requirements in detail
- Be the voice of the company and educate clients about our revolutionary design and execution capabilities
- Create design concepts keeping in mind the client’s needs and preferences within estimated timelines and project costs
- Plan the space with furniture, materials, furnishing, lighting, wall treatments, flooring, etc.
- Work closely with the client and our internal design teams to finalize home design, 3D and drawings
- Collaborate and execution with support team to ensure your design turns into reality seamlessly

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- An active listener. Paying attention to your client’s every need to deliver their dream home
- Understand techinical drawing for site design to execute the plans
- You should have strong visualization and conceptualization abilities
- Be creative and problem solver, need to understand material and details
- When push comes to shove, you don’t let go of your calm and composed attitude
- You can communicate impeccably in English, be it verbal or written, speak other local language to communicate with skilled labour.
- You have an eye for detail. Nothing escapes your scrutiny. No design detail goes wrong under your supervision
- You are self-motivated to be the absolute best at what you do
- Plus good time management to deliver Client requirement for every project, to plan the schedule of the project and work on timeline.
- Site requirment and update the client on progress, keep the company informed of the timeline and plan the execution of the project.
- Must be able to visit all site given and coordinate the project with all team members.
- ability self motivate and get the JOB done.
- Must be able to plan self time management, for project around India.
- A good team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
