Position: Junior Architect

Location: Ulall, Vishveshwaraiah layout 5th block, 100 ft.road, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-time(on site)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. You’ll work alongside senior architect, engineers, and designers to assist in planning, designing, and executing residential and commercial construction projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations
- Contribute to the development of floor plans, elevations, and interior layouts
- Support site visits and collaborate on client briefs and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams
- Research materials, design trends, and construction techniques
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Maintain project documentation and assist with tender packages

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
- Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design practices is a plus
- Freshers or 1 years of experience are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
