We are a US-based company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Virtual Assistant** based in **India** to join our growing remote team. This is a long-term opportunity for a committed professional who can help manage daily business operations across time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate and fast data entry for various departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and task follow-ups.
- Maintain organized digital files and communication logs.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts. Handle administrative support tasks with efficiency and discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision. Prior experience as a VA or administrative assistant is a plus.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time (Monday to Friday).
- Overnight Shift.
