Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Log and track all helpdesk interactions using the company’s ticketing system.

Assist users with account management tasks, including password resets, account lockouts, and permissions.

Perform software installations, configurations, and updates.

Offer guidance on software and hardware upgrades, new system installations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Maintain and update knowledge base documents to improve efficiency.

Assist with regular IT tasks such as system backups, security updates, and data management.

Perform routine checks and ensure all systems are operating efficiently.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in IT or related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or technical support.

Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, macros, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Familiarity with networking concepts and basic system administration.

Notice Period: Immediate Joining

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
