We are looking for a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our team and revolutionize our IT help desk and support functions. Your work will directly impact our employee experience by creating intelligent, automated solutions that streamline support, enhance efficiency, and reduce resolution times.
The Role:
As an AI Engineer focused on IT Help Desk Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and machine learning models. You will work on an end-to-end basis to automate common IT support tasks, build intelligent virtual assistants, and implement predictive systems to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise in AI/ML and a strong understanding of IT service management.
What You'll Do:
● Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for IT help desk automation.
● Focus on natural language processing (NLP) to build and refine chatbots and virtual agents for ticket routing, knowledge base searches, and automated resolutions.
● Integrate AI solutions with existing IT service management (ITSM) platforms and enterprise systems.
● Collaborate with IT support teams to identify automation opportunities and gather feedback for continuous model improvement.
● Analyze large datasets of help desk tickets to identify patterns, predict future issues, and optimize AI performance.
● Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI models into production environments.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and IT automation to propose innovative solutions.
Who You Are:
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
● Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role, with a portfolio of relevant projects. We are interested in a minimum 3 years of experience.
● Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
● Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications in conversational AI and text analysis.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹9, ₹66,629.44 per month
