Qualifications and Skills

  • Machine Learning (Mandatory skill): Hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing machine learning models for real-world applications is essential for this role.
  • Python (Mandatory skill): Exceptional proficiency in Python programming, with ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for AI projects.
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Mandatory skill): Proven capability to implement, train, and deploy artificial intelligence systems across diverse domains and business scenarios.
  • PyTorch: Strong knowledge of PyTorch for creating, training, and fine-tuning deep learning models for various industrial use cases.
  • MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps practices to automate, monitor, and manage machine learning workflows, deployments, and model lifecycle effectively.
  • SQL: Adept at using SQL for extracting, analyzing, and managing large volumes of structured data within AI-related projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify, develop, and implement innovative AI-powered solutions to complex business problems.
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, code documentation, and collaborative teamwork in cross-functional settings.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence models and algorithms for a wide array of use cases.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other key stakeholders to define AI project requirements and deliver innovative outcomes.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract valuable insights, train models, and continuously improve model performance and accuracy.
  • Adopt and implement best practices in MLOps for continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions.
  • Work with PyTorch and related frameworks to build, experiment, and optimize deep learning models tailored to specific business challenges.
  • Communicate findings, progress, risks, and results succinctly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Actively research emerging trends and advancements in AI, recommending and integrating relevant tools and methodologies into ongoing projects.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering an environment focused on continuous learning and growth.
