Clients include start-ups, private equity houses, and global corporate entities. Focuses on sectors such a consumer, healthcare, technology, life sciences, industrials and financial services. Has offices in Bangalore and Mumbai, India.
**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming IT help desk requests, either in person, via phone, or through the ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems reported by end-users, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees, guiding them through step-by-step solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team members and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Set up and support user accounts, including password resets and access permissions, following established security protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and antivirus scans, to ensure the stability and security of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests, actions taken, and solutions provided in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to provide effective and efficient support.
- Assist in Buying and updating existing hardware
