Job Description We are seeking a Help Desk Executive to join our team in Andheri, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our end-users. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operation of IT services. Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively and efficiently. - Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. - Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. - Escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary. - Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage software licenses. - Stay updated on the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements. Skills and Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role. - Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems. - Strong knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
