Vendor Help Desk Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of vendor concerns.
- Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve service levels.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures.
- Generate reports and provide insights on vendor interactions and issues.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance vendor support processes.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a help desk, customer support, or vendor management role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in vendor management or procurement support.
- Knowledge of Telecom and Infrastructure Industries
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
