**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role assists managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including handling confidential and time-sensitive materials. They are responsible for general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and are often the point of contact for both internal and external inquiries.
**Office Management**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Handle office maintenance requests and liaise with facility management
**Document Preparation**:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and organize company files and records, ensuring data confidentiality and security.
- Assist in preparing company reports and presentations.
**Finance & Expense Management**:
- Process invoices, track expenses, and handle petty cash, if required.
- Coordinate with finance on budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Prepare and submit reports for bookkeeping purposes.
**Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, catering, and other necessary arrangements.
**General Support**:
- Provide support to executives and teams as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support with on boarding new employees, including desk setup and resource allocation.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), strong organizational skills, time management, multitasking, and ability to work independently.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in work.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
