Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in the Human Resources and Administration departments. This entry-level position offers an opportunity for freshers to learn and grow in a professional setting while contributing to various HR and administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
Human Resources:
Support onboarding procedures for new employees, including preparing documents and facilitating orientation sessions.
Help in organizing training sessions and development programs for staff members.
Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
Contribute to HR administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, updating policies, and managing HR documentation.
Administration:
Provide support in office management tasks including handling office supplies, facilities, and maintenance.
Assist in maintaining records, filing systems, and document organization.
Support in logistics management for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Assist in vendor management and coordination with external service providers.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (or in progress).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
