Job Description (JD) for a **Customer Support / Executive Assistant (EA)** position, based in Chennai and supporting clients across Australia:

Employment Type: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Australian clients, managing queries, requests, and communications with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings across time zones.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and clarity.
- Liaise between internal teams and Australian clients to facilitate smooth project delivery and address client needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks and confidential assignments as required.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adapt communication style to suit Australian business etiquette.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support, executive assistance, or client management, preferably with international clients.
- Excellent English proficiency-both written and verbal-with a neutral or Australian-accented communication style.
- Proven ability to handle client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate Australian business timings.
- Experience in the construction, technology, or modular building sector is an advantage.
