Job description

The System Administrator is expected to have the required technical experience to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure efficiently. He will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of network systems, hardware, and software while providing support to end-users. Excellent communication, documentation and teamwork are essential skills for this position.

Immediate to 30 days joiners are preferable.

**Responsibilities**:
Desktops Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Perform scheduled maintenance on desktops and laptops.

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop issues.

Vendor management for desktop and laptop services.

Network Infrastructure Maintenance:
Maintain and troubleshoot Firewall and Antivirus systems.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for Routers, Switches, and Biometric systems.

Troubleshoot network-related problems.

Software Support:
Provide remote support for end-users.

System Evaluation and Recommendations:
Evaluate systems and propose alternate solutions.

Develop functional specifications, standards, and requirements for hardware and software purchases and designs.

Ensure optimum system and end-user performance.

Make recommendations for changes and additional services.

Equipment Handling and Operation:
Operate various office equipment, including computers and assigned software.

Utilize methods, tools, and equipment for the installation and servicing of hardware and software.

Infrastructure Deployment:
Deploy workstations, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, encryption systems, and appliance security systems.

Communication and Documentation:
Maintain strong communication and documentation skills.

Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
