**Baking and Preparation**:

- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality and quantity.
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh and produced according to the daily or weekly needs.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create desired textures and flavors.
- **Decoration and Presentation**:

- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative and visually appealing designs, including icing, fondant, and other decorative elements.
- Maintain high standards for the presentation of all baked goods before they are sent out to customers or displayed.
- Customize cakes and pastries for special occasions (e.g., weddings, birthdays, holidays) based on customer specifications.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
- Assist with stock rotation and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all pastries and cakes meet the company’s quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
- Perform taste tests to ensure consistency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and correct any issues in the baking or decoration processes to ensure optimal product outcomes.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to food safety standards, including hygiene, sanitation, and safe food handling practices.
- Keep workstations clean and organized according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the baking process, including the proper disposal of waste and ingredients.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Assist with custom cake orders, ensuring customer specifications are followed closely.
- Occasionally assist with customer interactions in retail environments, helping to showcase baked goods and explain offerings.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Train and assist junior bakers or apprentices as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Cake Maker, or in a similar role within the baking industry.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and pastry production.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in cake and pastry decoration.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
