**Pastry Chef - French Patisserie**
Pastry Knowledge: Breads, Cookies, Tarts, Chocolates & Entremets etc..
**Responsibilities**:
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and deliver comprehensive curricula for French Patisserie courses, covering foundational techniques, classic pastries, and contemporary trends.
- **Instruction**: Conduct engaging lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- **Mentorship**: Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, fostering their culinary skills and creativity.1
- **Kitchen Management**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.2
- **Industry Insights**: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations, and share knowledge with students.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment
- Strong knowledge of French pastry techniques, including doughs, fillings, and decorations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
