Desmat is a leading manufacturer of Computer & Office Stationery, dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic **Client Relationship Manager** to strengthen our relationships with key clients and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle **client queries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.**:

- **Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Desmat products.**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and feedback.
- **Daily Payment Follow up.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹13,776.78 - ₹35,000.00 per month
