Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Sales Representative, based in New Delhi with some work from home flexibility. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable car service solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships with service providers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may involve tracking sales performance and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Time Management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
