Ecofeelia Sustainable Ventures Private Limited is a leading B2B gifting company specializing in handcrafted gifts made with sustainable and eco-friendly materials. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their gifting needs and budget.
- Present and recommend our curated collections of eco-friendly, handcrafted gifts, tailoring solutions to client requirements.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate pricing, product selection, and timely delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues effectively.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- A willingness to learn new technologies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for eco-friendly products and a desire to promote sustainable business practices.
