- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and action plans.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹8,159.58 - ₹25,000.03 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
