We are seeking a Grievance Officer (Doctor) to join our team in Mumbai. As a Grievance Officer, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving medical grievances and complaints from patients, ensuring that their concerns are heard and appropriate actions are taken. The role will involve traveling to different locations within Mumbai as required.
Handle incoming medical grievances and complaints from patients, their families, or healthcare providers.
Provide empathetic and timely responses to grievances, ensuring patients feel heard and valued.
Conduct thorough investigations into grievances, collecting relevant information, and consulting with medical professionals as needed.
Collaborate with the appropriate teams to ensure a fair and impartial review of each grievance.
Work closely with healthcare providers to address and resolve grievances, facilitating communication and ensuring proper follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of all grievances, including the details of the complaint, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
Identify patterns or trends in grievances and propose proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
Stay up-to-date with relevant medical regulations, laws, and ethical standards to ensure compliance during grievance handling.
Travel to different locations within Mumbai to meet with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders, as required.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient satisfaction and grievance resolution.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
