- Processing Queries / Investor Grievances (IG) received at NSDL against DPs, Issuers and RTAs.
- Ensuring Turnaround Time (TAT) for attending IGs.
- Monitoring redressal status of IGs and regular follows ups /reminder letters to DP/Issuer/RTA.
- Analysis of responses received from DPs/Issuers/RTAs with respect to ensure the satisfactory resolution of complaints.
- Processing investor queries and complaints pertaining to Consolidation of Account Statement (CAS).
- To handle volume of complaints related to CAS with speed and accuracy.
- Co-ordinating with Registrar and Transfer Agents of mutual funds for resolving the issue of investors pertaining to missing mutual fund folios in CAS.
- Weekly MIS of CAS complaints to Management.
- Processing Investor Complaints forwarded by SEBI through SCORES website against DPs/Issuers/RTAs.
- Ensuring Turnaround Time (TAT) for attending IGs.
- Monitoring redressal status of SCORES IGs and regular follows ups /reminder letters to DP/Issuer/RTA.
- Co-ordinating with SEBI officials for clarifications sought by them against the critical complaints.
- Handing queries escalated to Investor Grievance department by investors which call centre team is unable to resolve.
- Maintaining Database of IG and CAS.
