Field Sales Representative

Objective
- Represent the company’s products and services
- Responsible for understanding the client's needs and requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, demonstrating software solutions
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call and visit directly on existing and potential customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales target by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
**Responsibilities**:
- Finding new and potential sales outlets to engage and convert them to sales opportunities
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and visit directly to manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Generating leads, building relationships with potential clients and nurturing the warm prospects
- Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data and reports
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel potential sales outlets day today
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to give product demonstrations and presentations
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
