**ROLE OVERVIEW**

The “Monitoring and Evaluation Associate” will manage operations and take ownership of the Monitoring and Evaluation vertical efficiently and effectively. He/she will support the growth and scale of operations at the IC3 Institute by providing technical assistance and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of programmatic activities as well as short, medium and long-term outcomes.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to ensure tracking of program results at all levels (outputs, outcomes, and impact).
- Oversee and manage program performance and ensure that data is collected, analyzed, reported, maintained, and incorporated into programmatic decision-making and planning.
- Collect data for, and contribute to preparing the Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual reports.
- Ensure a high degree of data quality assurance through various means like routine data quality assessment activities.
- Provide feedback to the concerned team on projects’ performance based on data findings.
- Assist in capacity building and training of the team in procedures, tools, and practices.
- Ideate different approaches to measure impact at all stakeholder levels.
- Design, coordinate, and conduct project evaluations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure lessons learned, and best practices for interventions, events, and other Knowledge Management activities are shared.
- Assist in proofing, drafting, and dissemination of IC3 deliverables and reports.
- Perform other support functions related to research, M&E, and donor reporting.
- Take ownership of organizational learning through workshops and knowledge sharing.

**Experience, Qualifications and Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years of experience post Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in an
- M&E/Research position.
- Experience designing and implementing M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
- Familiarity with M&E plans, Log Frame, Program Theory Matrix, and Theory of Change is an advantage.
- Excellent organization and record/file-keeping skills to ensure information, knowledge, and data are reviewed, maintained, and monitored.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and managing surveys, and performance evaluations.
- Proven skills in at least one package software for qualitative data management (Nvivo, Atlas.ti,
- etc).
- Proven skills in at least one statistical package software for quantitative data analysis (SPSS,
- STATA, R, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in survey design, result analysis, data visualization, report writing, and data management.
- Ethical, service-oriented, self-motivated, smart with good professional demeanor and etiquette.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior accomplished industry professionals.
- Creative-thinking mindset and ability to stretch out of comfort zone.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and global work-culture environment, with minimum supervision.
