**Job Description: Warranty Analytics and Monitoring (Vehicle)**

**Location: Pune**

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on automobile warranty or

related domains.

**Technical Skills**:
1. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.

2. Strong knowledge of data analysis, analytics, and statistical techniques.

3. Experience in Python programming for automation and advanced analytics.

4. Expertise in data visualization tools, including Power BI and MS Excel.

5. Hands-on experience with Minitab Statistical software (mandatory).

**Domain Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warranty services and processes.
- Familiarity with reliability and statistical principles related to automobile performance

monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Extract, analyze, and interpret warranty-related data using SQL and statistical

techniques.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights for

warranty performance improvement.
- Performance Monitoring:

- Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and MS Excel to track

warranty metrics effectively.
- Leverage Python programming for automation and advanced data analytics.
- Statistical Analysis:

- Utilize Minitab to perform in-depth statistical analyses to improve warranty

and vehicle reliability.
- Provide recommendations based on statistical findings to enhance product

performance.
- Process Improvement:

- Optimize workflows and reporting methodologies using Excel and statistical

tools.
- Implement best practices in warranty monitoring to improve operational

efficiency.
- Domain Expertise:
