**Job Title**: Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in managing day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to staff, executives, and departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics such as locations and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are stored and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Process and maintain records related to expenses, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- Support HR functions such as scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and assisting with payroll administration.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments and executives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, or similar tools).
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping practices.
- Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools.

**Work Environment**: This position is typically performed in an office environment, with regular office hours. Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
