
Receptionist/administration

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain and update records, documents, and office databases
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or administrative assistant
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of office management systems
