
Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure it’s in good working order.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Handle data entry, document creation, and record keeping.
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with accounting teams or external vendors for billing and payments.
- **Technology Support**:
- Ensure office technology (computers, phones, printers, etc.) is functioning correctly.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for office software and hardware.
- **Compliance and Policies**:
- Ensure the office complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Help maintain company policies and procedures.
- **Communication Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Distribute memos, announcements, and other important information.
Education and Experience:
- **Education**: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field can be beneficial.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is often preferred. Experience with office software and office management is also a plus.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
