**- Coordinate effectively between teachers and students for scheduling and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, fees, and student data.
- Manage discipline and ensure adherence to center policies.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks for smooth center operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily administrative tasks of the coaching center.
- Maintain records of student admissions, attendance, registration forms, fee receipts, and student data files.
- Coordinate class schedules, batch timings, and teacher availability.
- Support teachers with administrative tasks and classroom requirements.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding Parent Teacher Meetings, classes, or concerns.
- Manage databases and ensure all student and teacher information is up to date.
- Assist with exam and result coordination.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in office administration or educational management.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience working in an educational or coaching institution.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or fee collection software.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
