Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to provide administrative and clerical support across departments. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to office management and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal and external Vendors
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and manage inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Support HR and Finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements if required
- Assist in planning and execution of office events or activities
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Bcom, BBA, etc.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
