As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. You will play a vital role in supporting various departments, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and maintaining a positive work environment for all staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain office filing systems (both physical and electronic), ensuring all records are organized and up to date.
- Process invoices, track office budgets, and manage petty cash.
- Help organize company events, team-building activities, and meetings.
- Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as required.
- Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; additional qualification in office management or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
