Job Summary:
Vahlay Consulting is seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our customer support team for the night shift. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- **Feedback**: Collect and provide customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve service quality.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure that customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- **Adherence**: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective customer support.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: Empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using computers, customer service software, and telecommunication systems.
- **Work Ethic**: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently during night hours.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work night shifts and weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
