About the Role

We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. You will be responsible for assisting clients through live chat and email, ensuring smooth communication and quick issue resolution for our software, web, and mobile app development services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries through live chat and email.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products & services.
  • Maintain customer records and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve client issues.
  • Escalate queries when required to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in chat support/customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Flexibility to work weekends (with additional incentives).
