Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Job Location: B-209, PNTC

Job Summary:
As a Chat Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat platforms. You will be communicating with customers to understand their concerns, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

- 1. Respond to customer queries through chat platforms in a timely and professional manner.

2.Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

3.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

5.Document customer interactions and update customer information in the system.

6.Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

7.Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved.

8.Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer support process.

9.Provide feedback to the management regarding customer concerns and issues.

10.Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
