**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- 0 to 3 years of experience in similar field.
- PG Diploma/ MBA in QS
- Architect/Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
- Prior experience working in Turnkey/fit out industry would be an added advantage.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Software skills include Microsoft excel, AutoCad, MS Office, MSP.

**KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing /Providing the PQ documents as per project requirement to PMC/Client.
- Liaising with clients & Sub-contractors during the Pre-bid & negotiation meetings.
- Preparing Initial Site Survey reports, Feasibility & due diligence reports for Design & build projects.
- Support in preparing cost estimates, budgets, risk evaluation & value management for Project pitches.
- Preparing BOQ’s in accordance with the Designs.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Coordinating with Material/MEP vendors for current market prices in accordance with

Designs/Drawing/BOQ’s (familiar with Market Rates).
- Quantification of finishing works in accordance with BOQ, Drawings & Site.
- Analyzing quotes received & preparing cost comparatives for MEP & civil works.
- Preparing the Rate analysis for all scope of work as required.
- Preparing the Project Master Schedule (level-1) with major milestones (MSP).
- Negotiations with clients & vendors.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Must have knowledge of AutoCad, MS Excel.
- Confidentiality.
- Positive Attitude, reliable & Pro-active in work.
- Build, develop & grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
