- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Analyse Tender Opportunities**:_ _Systematically study tender documents such as Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to understand project scope, technical requirements, and evaluation criteria._
- _**Coordinate Internally**:_ _Liaise closely with internal teams, including Interior Designers, Project Managers, and the Estimation department, to gather technical inputs, formulate winning strategies, and ensure all aspects of the bid are addressed._
- _**Documentation and Proposal Writing**:_ _Prepare, write, and compile compelling technical and commercial proposals. Ensure all documentation is compliant with tender guidelines, accurately reflecting our company's capabilities and value proposition._
- _**Vendor and Sub-contractor Coordination**:_ _Communicate with material suppliers, specialist vendors, and sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure their offerings align with tender specifications and project timelines._
- _**Costing and Risk Assessment**:_ _Collaborate with the estimation team to review proposal costing. Examine bids for commercial viability, assess potential risks, and ensure cost-efficiency._
- _**Submission Management**:_ _Manage the entire submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising the quality and accuracy of the bid. Maintain a comprehensive database of all submitted tenders and their status._
- _**Reporting**:_ _Prepare detailed reports and analyses on tender outcomes, cost comparisons, and market trends to inform future bidding strategies._
- **Requirements and Skills**:_
- _4+ years of proven experience as a Tender Executive, Bid Manager, or Estimator within an _**interior design, or interior fit-out firm**_ _is essential._
- _Strong ability to read and interpret _**BOQs, architectural drawings (CAD), and technical specifications**_ _related to interior fit-out and construction projects._
- _Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively._
- _Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners._
- _Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines._
- _High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) is essential. Familiarity with AutoCAD (for viewing drawings) and MS Project is a strong advantage._
- _A diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred._

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
