**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential donors and supporters, inspiring them to contribute to our mission of animal welfare.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet our financial goals.
- Cultivate relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional donors.
- Organize and manage fundraising campaigns and events to support shelter and welfare programs.
- Effectively communicate the impact of donations and foster long-term relationships with supporters.
- Use public speaking skills to represent **Doon Animal Welfare** at fundraising events and meetings.
- Track and report on fundraising efforts, ensuring donors are appropriately acknowledged and recognized.
- Balance multiple fundraising priorities and maintain effective time management.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA from a recognized University.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong performance-driven attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High energy, motivation, and the ability to inspire others to support animal welfare initiatives.
- Public speaking experience and/or business development background (BD).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in sales or telecommunications is a plus.
