**Position Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented CSR cum Fundraising Executive to build strategic partnerships with corporates, generate CSR funding, and drive individual and institutional fundraising efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- CSR Partnerships & Corporate Engagement.
- Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with corporates for CSR funding.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential CSR donors.
- Maintain strong relationships with CSR heads, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in corporates.
- Ensure compliance with all CSR regulations and reporting standards (as per Section 135 of Companies Act, 2013).
- Coordinate MoUs, grant agreements, and partnership documentation.

**Fundraising & Donor Management**
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns.
- Maintain and update donor databases (CRM tools).
- Ensure timely communication and acknowledgements.
- Organize donor events, field visits, webinars, and other engagement activities.

**Communication & Reporting**
- Collaborate with team to create impactful donor communication material (newsletters, impact stories, annual reports, etc.).
- Prepare periodic impact and financial reports.
- Ensure timely submission of project updates, fund utilization reports, and outcome evaluations.

**Strategy & Coordination**
- Contribute to the overall fundraising and partnership strategy of the organization.
- Track and analyze fundraising performance and donor engagement metrics.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Min. a bachelor’s degree** in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Min. 2+years of proven experience** in CSR fundraising, business development, or partnerships (preferably in the NGO/development sector).
- Strong understanding of CSR compliance norms and funding landscape in India.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident public speaker and presenter.
- Ability to develop high-quality proposals and reports.
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office Suite, fundraising CRMs, and presentation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
