**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Fundraising Executive** to spearhead the mobilization of funds for our unique and scalable welfare initiatives. This individual will play a key role in identifying funding opportunities, building strategic donor relationships, and ensuring consistent financial support for our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fundraising Strategy Development**:
Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission and project goals.
- **Donor Identification & Engagement**:
Research, identify, and engage with potential donors, including HNIs, corporates (CSR), grant agencies, philanthropic foundations, and government bodies.
- **Proposal Writing & Grant Applications**:

- **Campaigns & Events**:
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, awareness drives, and donor engagement events (online/offline).
- **Relationship Management**:
Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential donors through regular updates, impact reporting, and engagement activities.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate donor records, funding pipelines, and prepare detailed reports on fundraising progress and impact.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR engagement within the development sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in proposal and report writing.
- Demonstrated ability to network, build partnerships, and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with social impact projects and welfare-based initiatives.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Passion for social change and a strong alignment with Karabi’s mission.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
