Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager -Fund Raising

Location: Noida

Type of Role: Full-time, Permanent

Experience Required: 4–8 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA / MSW preferred from Tier 1 Colleges), Degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or related fields.4–8 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, CSR strategy, or partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to lead and expand our strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate engagement, CSR partnerships, proposal writing, and grant management — along with a deep understanding of the social development ecosystem in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, and development agencies to secure programmatic and unrestricted funding.
• Proposal & Grant Management: Draft concept notes, project proposals, and MOUs aligned with partner priorities and organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with government bodies, funding agencies, and implementing partners.
• Program Collaboration: Work closely with program and communications teams to design impactful projects and visibility campaigns for partners.
• Donor Reporting: Ensure timely and high-quality reporting, documentation of outcomes, and impact presentations.
• Research & Strategy: Track sectoral trends, CSR mandates, and funding opportunities to align organizational strategy with market insights.
• Event & Outreach: Represent the organization in donor meetings, CSR events, and development sector forums.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in CSR fundraising, donor relations, and partnership management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in data-driven program monitoring and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Canva, and digital communication tools.
• Comfort with both field and desk work, managing multi-stakeholder projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or related fields or MBA (Sales & Marketing)
• 4–8 years of progressive experience in non-profit fundraising, CSR liaison, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in education programs preferred.
