**Job Title: CSR Fundraiser**

**Job Summary**: Briefly describe the purpose of the role and its importance to the organization. For example, "The CSR Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our corporate social responsibility initiatives."

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute fundraising plans to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including corporations, foundations, and individuals.

Write compelling grant proposals and sponsorship pitches.

Organize fundraising events and campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials.

Maintain donor databases and records.

Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, nonprofit management).

Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a CSR or nonprofit setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
