Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including corporations, foundations, and individuals. Write compelling grant proposals and sponsorship pitches. Organize fundraising events and campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials. Maintain donor databases and records. Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and outcomes. **Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, nonprofit management). Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a CSR or nonprofit setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed.
