Job Description: Program Management – CSR Experience: 6–8 years Education: Master’s in Social Work / Rural Development / Arts (with relevant CSR or Social Development experience) Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for large-scale skilling programs , particularly in the IT-ITES sector . Create and implement Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and oversee on-ground deployment. Lead and manage program partnerships , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and impact metrics. Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including government bodies, corporates, nonprofits, and community organizations. Stay abreast of developments and policies led by GoI, MSDE, MOLE, AICTE , and other relevant agencies. Integrate MS technologies and digital tools to enhance learning and capacity building in the nonprofit sector. Ensure smooth execution, reporting, and documentation of CSR initiatives. Key Skills & Attributes: Proven expertise in strategy development and program execution within workforce development or CSR domains. Strong program management and stakeholder engagement abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. Deep passion for social impact , community development, and nonprofit partnerships. Exposure to technology-based learning and digital enablement in the social sector.
