We are seeking an experienced and passionate **Fundraiser** to drive our crowdfunding efforts, helping us sustain and expand our operations while ensuring our content remains accessible to all.

**Job Overview**:
As a **Fundraiser** for our news channel's crowdfunding initiatives, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and managing crowdfunding campaigns to raise the necessary funds for our channel's operations and growth. You will work closely with the management and editorial teams to develop fundraising strategies that align with the values and goals of our channel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy**: Develop and execute crowdfunding campaigns to raise funds for various operational needs, including equipment, content creation, and special projects.
- **Fundraising Goals**: Set clear, achievable fundraising targets and consistently monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
- **Communication**: Create compelling content (written, video, etc.) to communicate the mission and vision of the channel and its funding needs to prospective donors.
- **Platform Management**: Manage crowdfunding platforms (e.g., GoFundMe, Kickstarter, Indiegogo) and oversee donation processing and tracking.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize fundraising efforts.
- **Partnerships**: Establish partnerships with organizations and individuals who align with the channel’s values to expand reach and fundraising efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in fundraising, particularly in digital platforms or crowdfunding.
- Strong understanding of various crowdfunding platforms and how to use them effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the media industry, specifically news channels and their funding needs, is a plus.
- Passion for news media, independent journalism, and supporting platforms that provide important information to the public.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
