**Graduation in Relevant Field (e.g., Social Sciences, business, nonprofit management )**

**Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**

**-* **Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer relations is a plus.**

**-* **Knowledge of the NGO's mission, programs, and initiatives.**

**-* **Understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.**

**-* **Ability to work independently, set and achieve targets, and manage time effectively.**

**-* **Proficiency in local languages and English for effective communication.**

**-* **Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.**
