Lead, manage, and mentor a team of telefundraisers, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team, ensuring the team meets or exceeds fundraising goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and provide training or feedback.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve conversion rates, donor retention, and overall fundraising success.
- Ensure the team follows all organizational policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
- Oversee telefundraising campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager or Director to develop campaign strategies, including target audiences, messaging, and call scripts.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust campaign strategies to optimize results and meet fundraising objectives.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates on campaign performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure telefundraisers provide an exceptional donor experience, building positive relationships and trust with supporters.
- Address donor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement best practices for donor stewardship to increase donor loyalty and lifetime value.
- Provide ongoing training to telefundraisers to improve their skills in communication, fundraising techniques, and compliance.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor and assess individual team members’ performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of fundraising progress and donor information in the database.
- Analyze data and reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Produce regular reports on team performance, fundraising results, and donor engagement metrics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
