**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele calling Fundraisers who will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors, explaining our initiatives, and encouraging them to contribute to our causes. Your goal is to generate financial support for our programs through effective communication and donor engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors using the provided database.
- Explain Rashtra Nirman’s work and fundraising campaigns clearly and convincingly.
- Inspire people to support the organization financially with a monthly or one-time donation.
- Maintain donor information and call records accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly fundraising targets.
- Build strong rapport with donors and handle queries or concerns professionally.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10+2; Graduation preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Prior experience in tele calling, fundraising, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Passion for social causes and a desire to make a difference.
- Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections gracefully.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
