Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign objectives and donor psychology.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends and crowdfunding strategies.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing are required.
  • Google Ads Expertise: Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) is essential.
  • Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing and analytics tools is necessary.
