Job Description

We are seeking a motivated fundraising professional to build the development engine of our organization. This involves research and proposals, systems, and donor stewardship.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years' experience who is eager to consolidate their skills and grow into a frontline fundraising professional.

You will be responsible for building the fundraising backbone: keeping the donor pipeline current, drafting proposals and reports, and ensuring stewardship systems are well-managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an up-to-date donor database.
  • Research and map new prospects; prepare concise donor and prospect briefs.
  • Draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with our initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, anticipating needs, communicating proactively, and maintaining clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders.

A passion for theatre as a tool for social good is preferred.
